Workforce Staffing is partnering with a leading waste recycling centre to bring on dedicated Recycling Operatives to join an award-winning team in Kidderminster .
Position Highlights Schedule : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 5 days out of 7 Pay : £11.44 per hour Location : Kidderminster, with travel to other sites as needed (company van provided for site visits) Start Date : Immediate availability Job Type : Temporary ongoing role, with potential for a permanent position based on performance Key Responsibilities Material Sorting & Cleaning : Hands-on sorting and maintaining workspace organization.
General Labouring : Perform tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, and facility upkeep.
Equipment Operation : Operate small machinery to ensure smooth workflow and prevent blockages.
Traffic Management : Help manage vehicle flow within the recycling site.
Customer Service : Guide and support the public to make recycling easier.
Site Visits : Use a company van to travel to additional sites as required.
