An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resourcer to join our busy Recruitment Team and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to continue delivering on our mission to be the best and lead the way in enriching people's lives. This role is focused on assisting in finding, identifying, and engaging potential candidates while offering valuable support to the team in a highly regulated sector.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with a high volume of potential candidates relevant to job specifications by utilising various sourcing techniques. Perform pre-screening interviews to evaluate basic qualifications, experience, and compatibility with the role before arranging interviews with recruiters. Log interactions, notes, and keep candidates updated on their application status and provide feedback if appropriate. Assist with maintaining a talent pipeline for future resourcing requirements based on the organisation's growth plans. Ensure administration, compliance documents and CRM system records are accurate and up to date. Arrange candidate induction sessions. Ensure effective and efficient recruitment, always providing a positive candidate journey. Role Requirements: Strong administrative skills - be able to ensure compliance and onboarding requirements are adhered to, reviewing and scanning documents, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Be a confident, engaging communicator both written and verbally with team focused attitude. Exceptional listening, questioning and conversational skills. Recruitment experience desired but not essential.
