Role Description Pioneer Subsea is seeking a dedicated, full-time Recruitment Resourcer to join our team remotely.
In this role, you will support our recruitment operations by: Communicating effectively with candidates and clients.
Managing hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals.
Conducting interviews and screening candidates.
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build and nurture relationships.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of offshore industry practices and terminology is a plus but not required.
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Prior experience in recruitment is desired but not essential.
Experience with CRM software.
