Join The Recruitment Co. as a Recruitment Resourcer in our well-established Newport branch to support across multi sector Temp and Perm Recruitment.
You will provide support to stakeholders and react to external customer requirements.
You will be required to support the sales team to deliver and achieve Service Level Agreements.
Working to specific Key Performance Indicators you are responsible for sourcing, facilitating and converting candidates against vacancies whilst building professional and credible relationships throughout.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Resourcer in Newport will include: Produce vacancy profiles and adverts Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline Answer calls, update systems and proactively source for candidates Management of worker files and records including registrations Preparation and delivery of induction packs Compliance and Administration duties Positively represent the Company by greeting all visitors, candidates and clients in a professional and efficient manner Communicate key information accurately and feedback promptly to relevant stakeholders Efficiently check payroll and client specific reports and where necessary rectifying queries DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: Experience within a Sales, Recruitment or Customer Services environment working within a team Ability to adequately prioritise a busy and demanding workload, achieving both short and long term deadlines Proven ability to foresee problems to prevent them happening and work compliantly within legal frameworks Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-critique and develop Some of the Benefits, Training and Development we offer: Salary up to 26k basic + bonus Option for hybrid working after training, onboarding and key KPI's being met Small team environment Dedicated structured support for new starters, including performance and development support, goal setting and advice on navigating your way through your new job Range of flexible and lifestyle benefits Long service and recognition awards Awards for high achievers Ongoing training and development To ensure you have the best experience with us, please let us know if we can make any adjustments to our application or interview process and feel free to note in your application which pronouns you use.
