Job Title: Recruiter Role: 37.5 hours per week, permanent Location: Remote with occasional travel to homes across Wales About us: Achieve together is one of the UK's leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.

We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our busy internal recruitment team.

What you'll be doing: At Achieve Together our Internal Recruiters liaise with Service Managers and the wider operational team to ensure the best talent is attracted to our roles.

The role involves identifying opportunities to attract and recruit locally, working with local and national business partners, direct resourcing and understanding the different needs of our service and the people we support.

What experience/skills do you need: Previous experience in high volume recruitment, ideally from agency or internal settings, would be highly advantageous Experience with senior recruitment, ideally in health care sector Exceptional communication skills: confident in conducting telephone and video calls Strong initiative and a proactive approach: ability to work independently and autonomously A positive influence: a true team player, a supporter and mentor of others Organised: able to prioritise workloads effectively, work to deadlines and maintain pace and output Comprehensive IT skills; able to use and update databases correctly and multi-task efficiently (Excel, Word, ATS, Outlook, Teams etc) You will be working remotely within a fast paced and evolving environment: ability to recruit high volumes, complete administrative tasks and deliver a second to none candidate experience is essential for this role.
