We're hiring a Recruitment Resourcer!

Recruitment Resourcer - Data & Analytics
Hybrid working: 3 days in Basingstoke office & 2 days remote (if required; 5 days in office is available)
£Base salary plus commission structure
Full-time role ideally required; part-time working considered for the right applicant.

Summary:
Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Resourcer, where you will play a pivotal role in aiding our recruitment consultants in sourcing top-tier candidates. This position is perfect for persons who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about linking talent with opportunity. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will be key in driving our recruitment efforts forward. You will be joining a firm with a 30-year heritage.

Duties: Collaborate with recruitment consultants to comprehend specific candidate requirements and sourcing strategies. Conduct headhunting and candidate harvesting to identify and engage potential candidates. Interact with our candidate database to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment process. Utilise various sourcing methods and tools to surface high-quality talent in the market. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome tests and enhance the recruitment process. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and aid multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously. Work autonomously while also contributing to team goals and revenue opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within recruitment or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent. Nice to Have: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms. A passion for linking people with opportunities and a desire to make a positive impact in the recruitment process. Training and Development:
A full Training and Development Programme is in place and will continue throughout your employment. This opportunity can be developed into a full sales and delivery role within the business, if both parties see this as a suitable way forward.
