Exclusive AD/D of Tech role - £85k base + multiple bonuses + shares MUST COME DIRECTLY FROM A RECRUITMENT AGENCY After helping my client to land an incredible, industry leading MD, they are now looking to bring in their second in command as they drive the group to the next level.
This business, a rapidly scaling, 40+ head global recruitment brand are now hiring for a new AD / Director of Technology.
In this role, you will work closely with the new MD (who is a tech specialist), focusing on the below ? Revenue Generation : This is a VERY hands-on role & you must be comfortable with that.
With access to over 200 active clients, you will be responsible for the expansion & operation of their Tech function ? Headcount growth : There are already 10-hires signed off within the Technology division alone.
The opportunity here is MASSIVE.
Strategy : Together with the board & new MD, you will play a pivotal role in the design and build out the Technology business What's on offer?
? Up to £85k base + multiple bonuses + guarantees Share options with serious wealth creation play (board scaled & exited multiple rec businesses) ? Reporting directly into the Group MD (one of the best on the market) Scope to add 10-heads to the Tech division ASAP – remit to bring team along More info on the business ? An incredible database of over 200 active clients for you to tap in to, net new BD is required but there is SO MUCH low hanging fruit to pick up A rapidly growing brand, who have climbed from 5 to 40+ heads (across the UK & US) in the last 4 yrs ? A solid board team with over 100+ yrs of combined industry experience, including multiple successful investing, scaling & exiting journeys under their belts A strong wealth creation play, with £ for £ pay out on the EBIT contribution of your division – e.g.
your division contributing £500k = £500k earn out More info on the role ?
