Key Criteria •At Senior Consultant, Business Manager or Director level •Do not want the hassle of managing, or being managed •Have solid recruitment experience within the digital and technology sector •Would like the flexibility of no fixed hours and unlimited holidays •Is a good person, that's professional and genuinely cares •Can work autonomously given mentoring and full operational support •Likes remote working but also having a central hub open 5 days a week •In time would like to sell their business rather than leave someone else's •Wants to be part of a successful global Community ??
