Title: Recruiting and Talent Coordinator Hybrid: 3 days in the office/2 from home Location: Stunning offices close to Liverpool St & Fenchurch St Salary: Competitive salary General Summary: Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting and Talent Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis to provide essential recruiting coordination and administrative support for their EMEA and APAC offices.
This role supports a dedicated Recruiting and Talent Development team.
Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with the Recruiting and Talent Development team to assist in the recruitment and development of trainee/non-qualified lawyers up to Counsel level in the EMEA and APAC offices.
Assist in early careers attraction and shortlisting events, including law fairs, insight days, and assessment centres.
Respond to and record speculative approaches by candidates and agencies.
Manage the 'International Recruiting Inbox' and 'Graduate Recruitment Inbox' and screen Training Contract applications.
Schedule interviews and meetings across different time zones, including booking meeting rooms or organizing video conference details.
Add and update candidate details on the ATS and collate feedback following interviews.
Ensure the smooth transition of all candidate details to Human Resources ahead of onboarding, managing any needs around conflict and background checks.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating training and development courses and events outside of the US, attending sessions as appropriate to ensure their smooth running.
Participate in project work, such as collating data around salary benchmarking and benefits.
Assist with processing invoices and expenses.
Specific Skills Required: Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with an ATS system, preferably Lawcruit, is ideal.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of personnel and external contacts.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively support and represent the Recruiting and Talent Development team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a broader perspective.
Discretion and good judgment, particularly when handling confidential and/or sensitive employee information.
High degree of independence in work.
Willingness to work overtime in the evening and/or on weekends as required.
Education and Experience Required: Good academic background.
At least two years of experience in recruiting/HR or Learning & Development.
