HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 days office, 2 days home) SALARY: up to £27,000 + commission CULTURE: Professional but down to earth, social, laugh a day, fast paced and busy

Ideally we would need someone who can evidence their ability to succeed in this type of environment Able to work under pressure and to strict targets - you will be dealing with clients and managing your candidate pool, so you will be someone who can manage competing demands ensuring you're fulfilling your candidates and clients needs during the recruitment life cycle You will be proactive in picking up the phones - this isn't an email heavy role. You will be expected to call candidates and prospective clients and be confident when you do so! A passion for sales, learning, progressing, and making commission! About the role: Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure candidate availability is at a maximum, and the flow coming through is of a suitable calibre Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping sales materials into prospective clients Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates alike Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing roles and business plans Matching candidates' skills and expectations to a variety of Permanent and Temporary roles Advertising; Advertising on various job boards / portals Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job boards etc Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with registered candidates to maintain up to date records Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy Telephone/Email; Screening, gate keeping and assisting with branch telephone and email queries If this insight into the life of a Recruitment Consultant excites you, please apply today!
