As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be providing an end-to-end engaging candidate experience that looks to attract, engage, and grow talent communities; with a focus on supporting the TA Partners with content creation, building relationships with candidates, facilitating recruitment processes & promoting our Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunities strategy.
You will identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business whilst providing a comprehensive support service to the Talent Acquisition Consultants (TA Business Partners) ensuring compliance with UK legislation/HR best practice to provide a quick and efficient resourcing process.
The role holder will be responsible for the accurate processing of employee data, including contracts of employment, variation of contract and other documentation to support new starters.
What you will be doing Key Responsibilities: Identify, attract, screen and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business. Research to proactively strive to identify and attract new candidates using all appropriate methods including job boards and social media channels whilst initiating and managing to develop candidate relationships. Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies in support of the TA Partners. Responsibility for arranging interviews, booking interview rooms, arranging any required assessment centers and liaison with any external parties. Create and generate accurate processing of employee data, including contracts of employment, variations of contracts and other documentation to support new starters to ensure all relevant Company processes are followed relating to resourcing. Work with our external provider for our pre-employment and compliance checks in line with the company policy and relevant legislation. Maintain and manage the candidate tracking system (TalentLink) ensuring all activity is recorded and compliance with legal requirements and ensure a first-class candidate experience is delivered to all applications. Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets (KPMG processes). Administer all Recruitment communications (e.g. adverts and notification of vacancies) via the relevant Company IT systems to ensure effective and timely communication to all employees. Contribute to team meetings (e.g. recruitment strategy, process improvement). Contribute to TA projects when required. Support the recruiting for high volume and niche roles for all business areas (IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales, etc.). Manage candidate availability. Conduct market intelligence when faced with challenges regarding salaries, locations, and flexible working requirements. You will ideally have:
Experience within a similar role or as an entry-level recruiter. Excellent organisation skills to administer and track numerous parallel tasks. Accurate recording of candidate information on the recruitment database and communications. Strong capability across all social media channels. Creative mindset, with the ability to write and produce engaging material (both written and video format). Passionate about customer/candidate experience; focused on creating and delivering engaging interactions. High attention to detail with excellent administrative skills. Good communication skills, at all levels. Good verbal aptitude for producing reports, correspondence etc. Demonstrable questioning and listening skills. Confident and persuasive communicator. Numerate and computer literate. Good customer service skills (internal and external). Good interpersonal skills. Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives. Must have credibility working with key business decision-makers and HR colleagues. Must have the confidence to challenge and influence key business decision makers.
