As our business expands, we are looking for a talented 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Key Duties: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle (360), including sourcing, interviewing, and placing construction professionals within temporary and contract roles.
Build and maintain lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
Actively source, screen, and assess quality construction professionals to match them with the right opportunities.
Manage timesheets and oversee payroll processing using a dedicated management portal.
Maintain a pool of available, qualified workers, ensuring a constant supply of talent for client needs.
Understand client recruitment requirements and provide tailored, strategic advice to deliver the best candidate matches.
Conduct on-site client visits and service assessments to maintain quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Handle full candidate management, including registration, compliance checks, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction or a related industry.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term client and candidate connections.
A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the recruitment process.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
