Develop and implement effective People strategies aligned with Trivallis' Strategic Framework.About you…Qualifications:Chartered member of the CIPD - Level 7.Evidence of continued professional development in leadership.Experience:Extensive senior strategic level experience in HR delivery, organisational and leadership development.Proven track record in stakeholder relationship management and leading change management initiatives.Experience with Boards and associated Committees.Skills:Advanced interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.Developed budget management skills.What you'll do…Develop and implement effective People strategies aligned with Trivallis' Strategic Framework.Provide strategic direction to optimise operational performance in collaboration with the Chief Executive, Board, and Committees.Lead the design and delivery of policies and procedures that embed equality, inclusivity, VFM, and sustainability, while minimizing risk.Foster a health and safety culture throughout the association.Provide strategic and visible leadership across TrivallisDevelop and implement a comprehensive communications framework.Lead change management initiatives that impact on service delivery.Lead the development, assessment and implementation of leadership initiatives that embed Trivallis values and improve leadership and management of the organisationWhat you'll be responsible for…As a member of the Executive Team, the Executive Director of People will be responsible for the delivery of Trivallis Strategic Framework, strategies, values, and plans.The Executive Director of People will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of people services, people development, communications health and safety and fleet management within Trivallis.Benefits...We are committed to ensuring Trivallis is a great place to work.
