Recruitment Consultant - Civil & Structural

Blueprint have a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Civil and Structural team on a full time, permanent basis.
The position is specifically focused on Business Development and Client relationship management.
To apply for this position, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
You must also be able to commute to the office full time, Monday - Friday.
Basic Salary - £28,000 - £40,000 OTE - £50,000 - £75,000 Location: Fareham, Hampshire Years of experience required: 1 - 5 yrs.

This Role will include : Client Relationship Management: Visit existing and prospect clients to build and nurture positive relationships, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Negotiation and Finalisation: Negotiate salaries and terms of business with both clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement, and finalise placement details to secure successful hires.
