Internal Recruitment Assistant Fulltime onsite in Enfield Comex 2000 is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Recruitment Assistant to join our newly formed team in Enfield.
This is a fulltime officebased role where youll be handson supporting recruitment efforts from start to finish.
What Youll Do: Be the first point of contact : Handle recruitment queries promptly and professionally.
Create job ads : Collaborate with the Recruitment Advisor and hiring managers to design effective job postings.
Manage candidate pipelines : Oversee shortlisting scheduling and offer confirmations to ensure a smooth process.
Onboarding : Keep managers and candidates informed throughout and manage all necessary documentation.
Support events : Help plan and attend recruitment events as needed.
Ensure accuracy : Manage data entry and maintain compliance with recruitment standards.
