Recruitment Assistant - Global Law Firm

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a diligent and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join the team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office.
The role offers a great opportunity to work in one of London's fast growing law firms while supporting their Recruitment Manager.
Your Role: As a Recruitment Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment Manager (Experienced Hires) and the Director of Recruitment (Europe & Asia).
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with all aspects of recruitment, from data entry and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and preparing employment contracts.Maintaining recruitment databases in accordance with GDPR.Acting as a key contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.Collaborating with other departments to track onboarding information and support background checks.The Ideal Candidate: Educated to degree level or with previous HR/recruitment experience.Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases.Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
