Recruitment Advisor Glasgow (flexible working) Full Time, 6 month FTC £27,000 + benefits Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of our keys clients to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join on a 6 month FTC basis initially, however with potential for the role to become permanent.
Duties will include: Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver recruitment solutions to meet client needs, including delivering of the full end to end attraction, recruitment and selection process, working in partnership with Sourcing Specialists to build talent pools, and engage with the candidate base Advise line managers of all levels and be confident in abilities to advise hiring managers on the most appropriate methods of recruitment and selection Write compelling and attractive adverts and social media posts Continually assess our attraction techniques and use data collected to make informed decisions Fill roles within a timely manner and play key role in influencing hiring managers to move at pace.
Support Assessment / Interview days/ careers fairs throughout UK and Ireland where required Continually & proactively look for innovative ways to source & engage talent to join the business We are seeking applications for candidates who are: Skilled in all aspects of attraction, recruitment and selection Thrive in fast paced, changeable environment Work well under pressure – you will have accountability for a higher volume of vacancies will be able to juggle multiple competing priorities at once Data driven – you will work well with numbers and understand the importance of continually tracking all recruitment data and utilising this information to assist with conversations, decision making and telling the story.
