We are currently seeking experienced Recruitment Administrators with the ability to add immediate value to our internal recruitment function.
These are initially temporary roles, but could potentially lead to longer term contracts.
If you are immediately available, your brief will be to assist with the day-to-day core recruitment and onboarding activities.
You'll co-ordinate, monitor and manage workloads using the Recruitment system (Eploy), ensuring targets and team objectives are met.
Key responsibilities of the role include: You'll work with the Recruitment Service Manager to deliver an efficient and streamlined support service to both internal and external contacts.
Ensuring the team is fully operational and adequately staffed at all times during agreed service hours.
Managing and prioritising tasks which require processing for authorisation, advert, recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
Allocating queries to the team, ensuring they are answered within the agreed SLA.
Ensuring all outstanding work is allocated and completed to agreed deadlines.
Monitoring workloads and quality assure the work undertaken to ensure it's consistent, timely and accurate.
About You For this role, you'll need strong administrative skills in a transactional HR Admin setting.
You don't necessarily need to be CIPD qualified but you will need an understanding of HR transactional processes.
Experience of the Eploy recruitment system is not essential, but would be advantageous.
You'll work with stakeholders across the organisation and external contacts so you'll need well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Acting as a role model in the team, you'll share knowledge and experience when necessary, whilst respecting and valuing the contribution other team members experience can bring.
