We are looking for a passionate and experienced Remote Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and onboard top talent for our team.
As a remote-first company, you will play a key role in helping us grow and build a diverse, high-performing workforce across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities : Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and offering positions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Create job postings for various positions and advertise them on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Source and actively recruit candidates through social media, networking, and other recruiting tools.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Organize and schedule interviews with relevant teams and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, report on hiring progress, and ensure hiring goals are met.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes.
Requirements : Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a remote or distributed work environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Experience recruiting for a variety of positions (e.g., technical, non-technical, leadership) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with global teams and recruiting across multiple time zones.
Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms.
Experience in employer branding and creating engaging job descriptions.
