Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will:have attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 monthshave some experience of working in a health, social care or related settinghave the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alikebe able to work effectively in a team, supporting others when neededbe resilient under pressure and able to prioritise you work have good oral and written communication skillsbe comfortable using IT and digital mediabe organised and able to manage your time effectivelyable to be flexible with your working hours on occasionbe happy to support other With You locations when needed You will also need to meet our safeguarding requirements of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check Desirable Skills We'll give your application priority if you:have previous experience of working with people who misuse substances knowledge of health and safety, including assessing client in high-risk situations Although it is not essential, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
