Receptionist & Team Administrator £28,000 - £30,000 *Depending on experience City of London - Fully Office Based 9am - 5pm Financial Services Join our client's supportive and dynamic team in London as a proactive and friendly Receptionist & Team Administrator!

Your friendly attitude and excellent organisational skills will be key to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
You will be working closely with a team of administrator's to provide a high level of secretarial support.

Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Scan incoming post and handle outgoing mail.
Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms across multiple floors.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required.
Order catering for meetings and events.
Book couriers as needed for deliveries and collections.
Supporting with inbox and diary management for the wider team.
Dealing with various documents, inputting information onto the internal system.
Assisting the Office Manager, with general administrative and facilities duties.Requirements: Previous experience within professional services is required.
Some administrative experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.At our client's organisation, YOUR enthusiasm and ability to pre-empt needs will make a difference.
