Receptionist (Legal Dept)

The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Legal dept) to join our clients busy team based on the outskirts of the Swansea area.
Hours of work: Mon-Thurs: 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm Salary: £23,500 per annum Contract: 12 week Temp to Perm subject to passing probation period Holidays: 30 days (Inc bank holidays) Main duties will include:- General office duties / photocopying Answering incoming calls / making calls / dealing with clients Emailing Booking appointments Taking payments Typing/organising files Required skills: Confident phone manner is essential as you will be liaising with clients/customers Computer literate (basic level) Excellent attention to detail Capable of working independently and under pressure Ideally worked in a similar role previously Willingness to undertake other duties as required If you are interested in this role and feel you have the right skills, please submit your CV for immediate response and further information.
