We have an exciting opening for a Confident Receptionist to become a key part of our client's thriving Customer Experience Team!
Based in Estover with free on-site parking, this is initially an ongoing temporary position but could potentially lead to something longer term or permanent.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, earning £11.50 per hour.

What Your Day Will Look Like: Be the friendly face welcoming visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming phone calls—answering, screening, and forwarding with efficiency.
Dive into online support enquiries, offering swift, helpful responses.
Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Take ownership of processing incoming orders.
Engage in meaningful communication with clients, colleagues, and various departments, both in person and over the phone or email.
Keep things running smoothly with day-to-day administrative tasks.
