Role: Receptionist, Financial Services Location: St James', Central London Salary: Up to £38,000 plus excellent benefits including private health, generous discretionary bonus, onsite gym, paid lunch, pension.
Based in the heart of London is a boutique finance house with a successful portfolio of clients.
They are highly regarded in the industry and are seeking a Receptionist to be the face of the company and provide a 5* service to both external and internal stakeholders.
You will be based in stunning offices, close to the vibrant West End.
This is an extremely busy receptionist role with administrative duties and the client is looking for a well organised, immaculately presented and professional candidate.
Receptionist duties will include: Meeting and greeting all visitors Scheduling meetings and travel for executives Liaising with global offices to arrange meetings and events Managing meeting rooms Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls Organising deliveries Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock Assisting with event planning, booking lunches and dinners Booking and rescheduling appointments Ad-hoc projects Are you the ideal Receptionist?
You will have previous reception/front of house experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly professional, extremely well presented, very organised, diplomatic, bubbly and confident.
You will have the opportunity to take on projects, work closely with Directors and work alongside a fantastic and extremely successful team.
This role is a full-time permanent Receptionist position based in the office 5 days a week, 9am - 6pm.
