In this role, you will support the company Director-an industry leader known for prioritising their staff-and the Account Executives.
Key responsibilities include reviewing tenant details, verifying addresses and values, liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive rates, and producing accurate documentation.
This is a highly rewarding but demanding role, requiring a strong work ethic and the right attitude.

They are involved at every stage-supporting site acquisitions, arranging project policies and warranties for developers, insuring income-generating assets upon completion, and handling professional indemnity for key advisors such as architects, engineers, and surveyors involved in developments.
