Location: Plymouth
Pay Rate: 85-90 per day
Job Type: Full time Long term
Start Date: Immediate
As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the class teacher to support students' learning and growth.
You will be instrumental in helping children reach their full potential by offering both one-on-one and group support.
This is a dynamic and fulfilling role, where you'll play an active part in each child's educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in delivering lessons, helping students engage with the curriculum Work closely with students who need extra help Help students build confidence, independence, and a love for learning, motivating them to reach their personal goals Support the teacher in assessing and tracking student progress Communicate the child's progress with parents, teacher and the staff Follow school's safeguarding policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
Eligible to work full time in the UK Enhanced DBS on the update service Able to provide 2 professional references Relevant experience in the educational setting Excellent communication and empathetic skills A genuine interest in supporting children
