A school with excellent facilities, SEN primary school in Manchester is seeking to hire a SEN teaching assistant on a long-term contract basis to give their children with learning disabilities crucial and life-changing support.
Your duties as a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:
Assist in carrying out educational strategies that are appropriate for each child's learning goals.
Develop a connection of trust with every child and speak to them in terms they can understand.
Encourage diversity, acceptance, and inclusion, and make sure all the children have equal access to learning and growth.
Encourage children's involvement and make sure they are paying attention during the lesson.
Provide opportunities for developing independence.
Give children, parents, and caregivers feedback about their development, accomplishments, and potential issues as directed by the teaching team.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of the national curriculum Experience working with KS1/2 pupils A drive to inspire the next generation Eligibility to work in the UK An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
