Your duties as a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:
Assist in carrying out educational strategies that are appropriate for each child's learning goals.
Develop a connection of trust with every child and speak to them in terms they can understand.

Encourage children's involvement and make sure they are paying attention during the lesson.
