Duties include: Lead in the development of assessing patients health and wellbeing needs across complex and changing caseloads Lead in the development of patient care, alongside meeting individuals health and wellbeing needs Develop own managerial, clinical knowledge and skills, actively assist the team to continually develop their own skills Actively develop and promote best practice in health, safety and security Deliver and lead others in the development of strategies, ideas, including working practices and policies for service improvement Enable and promote peoples equality, diversity and rights Actively plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology measurement, monitoring and treatment of patients Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients With the support of the General Manager, undertake Human Resources activities for all direct reports, as required To foster and maintain a close working relationship with the Diagnostic Imaging Manager at Spire Manchester Hospital, in relation to overseeing the implementation of PACS/RIS data accuracy including monitoring of QA Be accountable for all clinical governance and regulatory matters for the departmentWho we're looking for Degree (BSc Hons in Radiography) or equivalent with HCPC Registration Post graduate qualification in specialism.
Evidence of post registration development in relevant specialist short courses at Masters level of study.
