A leading Top 30 Accountancy Firm in the heart of London is currently hiring for an R&D Tax Manager .
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tax professional to manage R&D Tax for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from dynamic start-ups, sme's to established multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the R&D Claim Process : Oversee the entire R&D claim process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Technical Reporting : Write detailed technical reports and conduct financial assessments to support claims.
Data Analysis : Understand and analyze client data to develop tailored methodologies for R&D claims preparation.
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on R&D tax incentives.
Team Leadership : Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Identifying efficient tax opportunities for clients, liaising with partners and implementing the opportunities.
Managing billing and work in progress.
Lead and contribute , best practice within the R & D team.
Ideal Candidate Experience : understanding of R&D tax credits., Ideally with a software technical background.
Qualifications : ACA/CTA is desirable but not essential.
Skills : Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
