We are currently partnering with a reputable client who has a solid pipeline of work extending into 2025/26 and a portfolio of exciting projects.
Values of £5m to over £55m in a variety of sectors, giving you a real chance to expand your knowledge and experience.

Role Overview: An opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's core Commercial Team.
This position offers a pathway for career development and the potential to progress to more senior roles within a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Project Leadership: Commercially lead small to medium-sized projects or contribute to larger project teams.

- Financial Management: Proactively manage financial management functions, including risk and opportunity identification, internal cost budgeting, reporting, and the operation of contractual mechanisms (payments, notices, final accounts, etc.).

- Contract Documentation: Provide input to the preparation of Main Contract Documents, including Contractor's Proposals and Employers' Requirements.

- Subcontract Management: Ensure timely and accurate procurement and preparation of Sub-Contracts to meet all contractual, operational, and HSEQ requirements.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders—Clients, Employers, Funders, Consultants, and Supply Chain partners.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Operational, Design Management, and HSEQ Departments.

- Team Development: Engage in personal development and mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors as direct reports.
