Our client is seeking experienced Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors to join their growing team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed cost estimates and analyses across diverse projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Collaborate with procurement teams to secure competitive tender pricing.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project costs.
Engage with clients to understand budgets and provide cost-effective solutions.
Monitor expenditures and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including final account agreements.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost management, especially in leisure, residential, or industrial sectors.
Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in software like MS Excel and Cost-X.
Membership in a professional body (e.g., RICS) is an advantage, but not essential.
What's on Offer: Competitive Salary : £40,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
