The purpose of this role is to support the Quality manager in facilitating the delivery of high standards of care and support safely within all services to ensure they meet required statutory and quality compliance and government requirements.
The post holder supports Quality manager in providing a comprehensive integrated quality compliance and improvement service with oversight of the Domiciliary Care business, Supported living.
This role requires analysis and interpretation of complex quantitative and qualitative information to devise plans and approaches to resolve issues. In addition to this, the post holder will support the development of quality reports and audits for planned and unplanned inspections as well as ad hoc meetings.
Key roles and responsibilities: Step in and manage a team of Quality administrators ensuring supervisory responsibilities are carried out to a high standard when Quality manager is off on annual leave/ sick leave Support Quality manager on Completing administration of the day-to-day operations of the quality department, ensure documents are accurate and up to date.
Support Quality manager on preparing for annual inspections with Connected Health Board members, RQIA and Trust whilst supporting Registered Managers to collate the relevant data and have access to information during inspections.
Support Quality manager on Compile fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Support Quality manager Business & KPI reporting.
Support Quality manager on the management of NISCC applications and registration across Domiciliary Care, Supported Living Support Quality manager on the implantation and monitoring of reports for Area Managers, Regional Managers and Registered Managers and highlight to the Director of Care any issues with completion.
Support Quality manager of the completion of Quality Monitoring Reports to be completed by Registered Manager from each Trust area of the business whilst collating the relevant data required from the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Support Quality manager implement the induction process for Area Managers, Regional Managers and Registered Managers by ensuring all relevant departments are aware of the expectations of their role in the induction process.
Key Skills/Experience required: 12 months previous administration/compliance experience essential, in healthcare setting desirable Communication - ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Problem solving and attention to detail Ability to work individually and as part of a team Highly efficient in MS Office systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint Experience of compiling and presenting reports #SC
