This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, motivated and autonomous individual. Your role will involve leading on investigations for complaints and incidents, identifying trends, preparing for inspections, taking part in governance meetings, in addition to preparing reports and presentations based on data collected from audits.
You will report into and be supported by a friendly and experienced Head of Risk and support/educate other professionals to ensure deadlines are met (e.g., nursing audits).
