New contract opportunity available in Broughton for a Quality Conformance Engineer to support the quality industrialization of Major Modifications
~ Occasional option to WFH
~£Overtime at a premium rate
~ Initial contract until December 2025
~ WHAT WILL THE QUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER BE DOING?
The main responsibility will be to drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and facilitating improvements to increase performance, reliability and repeatability of processes.
Deploying APQP and Quality Standards
Supporting & Facilitating Failure Mode & Effect Analysis
WE NEED THE QUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING...
A sound understanding of aircraft manufacturing and process improvements
Experience looking at preventative and quality methods
Experience looking at modifications on the aircraft
