Ensure product safety, efficiency, quality and compliance of Co-Packages for this favourite, brand leading global business.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
At the forefront of product innovation, the business now produces a range of unveils exceptional products supplying the finest UK retailers, food service and exporting products across the world.
Owing to the ongoing success of the business, a new and exciting position has arisen based at their head offices in central London.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Quality Manager to join the business has arisen to drive product quality ensuring that the high standards are consistently met across their third party manufacturing sites.
The aim of this role is to have a proactive approach to quality and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.
The role will be based in the London head office, with frequent travel across the UK manufacturing facilities and suppliers.

Drive and support food safety and product quality across the manufacturing facilities
Ensure a quality assurance culture throughout the sites
Identify, lead and facilitate product quality initiatives across manufacturing sites
Audit the food safety and quality processes of manufacturing sites and suppliers
To support and help drive continuous development
Developing standard practices, ways of working and processes across the manufacturing and supply network
Ensuring adherence to company, CSR, retailers and food safety policies
Track record of working in technical and/or quality assurance on the factory floor within FMCG and be a senior quality representative with a breadth of knowledge.
Monitors the ongoing performance of contract packers with regards to all quality processes.
Great relationship management skills with strong influencing, facilitation and negotiation.
Ability to self-manage resource with leadership and management experience and personal accountability for results.
Technical knowledge of quality systems/processes legislation with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and abilities in stakeholder management.
Experience in FMCG or food/drink quality management and manufacturing.
Knowledge of principles of HACCP, risk assessment and auditing.
