Quality Controller - Days

This role is located in Mintlaw, Scotland Candidates must be able to drive with access to a vehicle, due to shift timings. Are you looking for a new challenge?
Our client, the largest independent Shellfish Processor in the UK are looking for an experienced Quality Controller on a temporary ongoing basis.
As a Quality Controller you will oversee product quality to guarantee it meets company, regulatory and consumer standards.
Shift pattern:  Monday – Saturday, 06.00 - 15.00.
As a Quality Controller, your duties will include:
Responsible for monitoring critical control points (CCP), food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Follow work instructions, HACCP, Food Hygiene Standards, and Health and Safety Standards. Responsible for collecting product samples for microbiology, and chemistry testing. Investigate and highlight non-conformance to the QC Team Leader or Supervisor. Complete scheduled audits including GMP, Glass and hard plastics and walk away standards. Complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. To apply for the role of a Quality Controller, you will need:
