As a Sommelier at The Fife Arms Hotel Braemar you'll be part of a close team that works to ensure the wine offering at The Fife Arms is world class; by sourcing, comparing, discussing, and of course tasting, it is our responsibility to maintain this marvellous collection.
Daily duties include the setting up, cleaning, carrying out tastings and operating through dinner service.
It is always pleasure to share our passion and knowledge with all of our guests.
The Team has been chosen for their creative flair and passion for both Wine and World Class service with a desire to consistently learn and grow.
Our successful Sommelier will have: Proven experience from within a similar luxury/5-star hospitality environment.
The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
A WSET certification is always an asset!
