Job Title: QC Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A Reading based medical diagnostics manufacturer is on the lookout for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join their fast paced, growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead team performance by developing and tracking KPIs, ensuring compliance through robust controls.
Oversee the final product release process and manage non-conforming products while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing.
Supervise incoming quality inspections and in process quality control activities.
Support internal and external audits to maintain site-wide compliance.
Experience and Qualifications Required: Ideally 3 years relevant technical experience.
Previous line management experience.
ISO 13485 and/or ISO9001 experience.
