This role would suit those with a Quality Assurance background in product-based industries such as toys, homeware or hardware that wish to apply their skills and expertise in a dynamic and creative environment with the opportunity to progress into Product Design.
The Role: Conduct, document & communicate new product risk assessments, identifying test requirements and potential quality and safety risks.
Investigate & identify the root cause for products performing outside acceptable levels and follow up corrective action.
Monitor product performance statistics in terms of returns, store & customer complaints, internet reviews & product incidents & provide regular product performance updates.
Support the UK Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager Provide advice on the quality, safety & compliance of new product initiatives.
