We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Technical - Front Line Manager !Key Responsibilities:Lead compliance and adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO 9001)Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.Lead internal audit team with an effective Internal audit program to continuously improve Quality Management System effectiveness.Define and deploy all aspects of product quality verification and validation to ensure Right First Time Quality (covering incoming , in process & final stages) and ensure all are captured in to standard quality documents (Ex: control plans / first off approval etc..)Based on the customer risk, product risk, process risk and supplier risk, update the quality assurance procedures as required and communicate.Establish and upgrade product quality standards in line with group quality standards / customer specifications and ensure people awareness.Ensure required data support for spoil reduction initiatives and support to reduce cost of poor quality and act as a QIS / Q pulse super user.Lead and manage customer quality complaint investigations to identify true root cause and drive for effective corrective actions.
Manage records in Q pulse.Conduct quality induction, quality trainings, awareness programmes, quality circles to enhance quality culture and to deploy built in quality concept.Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators as required by the factory Floor Management System.
Measure compliances & ensure process audits are happened as planned.Handle supplier nonconformities and drive for developments.
Carry out supplier audits as required.
Maintain records in q pulse.Keep continuous engagement with sister sites, design & central quality to improve knowledge sharing & standardization.Carry out other duties as required to support the quality departmentCurrency Virtual Technical Team Member.Review of Job Histories to ensure that corrective actions are captured.Involve for design reviews, Assess the risk and recommend process route and product specification to suit defined customer needs and help to optimise production capacity/capability efficiency in close liaison with Central Planning / Product development / Design & Central qualityAct as site champion for manufacturing capability and risk management.Review customer and design technical specs and lead development of onsite systems and processes to ensure Right First Time Quality.Involve and improve the effectiveness of automated quality inspection systems – e.g.
