Quality Assurance Lead

QA Lead | South Oxfordshire | Life Sciences | 12+ Months Contract We are currently partnering exclusively with one of our most forward-thinking clients in the Life Sciences sector.
They are looking to bringing in a QA Lead to manage the function with a future outlook on building a team out.
The ideal candidate will have broad GxP experience with a focus on GCP and GLP preferably.
Responsibilities: Lead the Quality division as they look to continue their growth trajectory Lead the build of a PQMS and embed best practices Identify roadmap and strategy, looking to build out a team Work closely with senior leadership to drive quality standards across the business Experience: Previous experience managing a quality department GxP and GCP experience Experience building out a QMS Ability to work autonomously initially Logistics: 12 Month contract initially with possibility of extension 2 days per week onsite, 3 WFH Rate dependent on experience
