We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef with a PVG to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities: Manage kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with quality and presentation standards.
Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and specials.
Uphold food safety standards and practices at all times.
Experience: Proven experience working in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and culinary styles.
Knowledge of food production processes and best practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
