HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Reporting to the CEO, the HR Director forms part of the Purdey Executive Team and also works closely and is part of the global Richemont HR community with a dotted reporting line into Richemont's Group Chief People Officer.

Most critically, the Purdey HRD will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to refine, consolidate, and 'bring to life' through action the culture of Purdey and ensure that Purdey continues on its path towards being the employer of choice and market leader in its space.
