)The post holder will be flexible to meet the changing needs of the caseload and service, be able to plan their own time to carry out a variety of non-clinical tasks, naturally empathetic, demonstrate good communication skills to facilitate close working relationships with both service users and staff.
The technician will be responsible for non-clinical tasks such as notes filing, stock ordering, cleaning, printing and the day to day upkeep of the pool.A comprehensive induction plan and in-service training programmes and staff appraisal systems are in operation to help you develop to meet the demands of the post.
