What Makes This Role Different?This role offers the opportunity to work within a team of highly experienced Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitters in our innovative workshop, building a variety of equipment in a fast-paced environment and to work on customer sites to remove, re-install, and commission equipment.Further training is available provided by OEMs on components, pumps and seals.Progression opportunities within Pump Supply and Repair Group are also available.Job OpportunityAbout the RoleAttending customer sites to carry out a variety of jobs including removing and installing pumps and equipment.
(knowledge of controls and fault-finding advantageous).Full scope of engineered pump overhaul, including assembly, service, testing, and stripping a wide variety of pumps and associated spares.Compiling required documentation, including health and safety briefings.Working to ISO 9001 quality procedures.Working as part of a busy team.Flexible working hours may be required at times.This Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitter role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: pumps, Pump Engineer, Pump Fitter, Mechanical Engineer, or Vacuum Pump Engineer.
