What you'll be working: We welcome applicants interested in either full-time or part-time hours for this role. What you'll be doing: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand each young person's unique needs. Deliver a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailored to individual treatment plans. Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and person-centred care. Support service development initiatives that align with best practice and current research to enhance patient care. Play a key role in our initiative to support hospital staff wellbeing, fostering a healthy, resilient workplace culture. Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development to Assistant Psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Promote and develop a culture of research within the service, encouraging evidence-based practice and ongoing learning. Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights. What you'll have: HCPC registration. BPS membership. Previous experience within a CAMHS setting. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
