The Role: We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to our team.
In this pivotal role, you will: Work closely with our Practice Owners, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and clinical team.
Deliver high-quality veterinary care to both patients and clients.
Mentor junior vets to help them fulfil their potential within the practice.
Utilize your experience with complex surgical and medical cases to support and guide more junior team members.
Share innovative ideas with practice partners to enhance performance and care standards.
Collaborate with Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward.

Youll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and mentor, while being part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care.

What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews.
No Out of Hours (OOH): Focus on your work-life balance with no OOH requirements or Sundays.
Professional Development: Further study towards veterinary management courses or clinical qualifications will be funded and encouraged.
Professional registration fees will also be fully funded.
