Job summary We currently have anexciting opportunity within the Steeper sales team for a Prosthetic ProductManager, to support and grow sales of all Steeper prosthetic products bothwithin the UK and overseas.This is a great opportunity for clinicians who wantto broaden their horizons, gain international experience & travel, and beinvolved in providing first class clinical support to clinicians and customersin the UK and overseas.
The successful applicant would also be involved andpotentially present at both National and International conferences such asBAPO, ISPO UK, ISPO World Congress and OT World, Leipzig.Applicants should have a minimum of 5 yearsclinical experience; however, this unique opportunity will be supported with acomprehensive training package including product knowledge right across theSteeper product portfolio, including high end componentry and High-DefinitionSilicone.The position will requirecommercial awareness along with good financial understanding, however furthertraining and support will be provided in these areas.
The successful candidatewill be responsible for maintaining and improving existing client relationshipsand developing new opportunities.
Main duties of the job Manage specific areas of the company's product sales business in line with company expectations and deliver a professional, timely and proactive service to ensure that customer requirements are met/exceeded.
Attend regular review meetings with internal and external customer groups, including Steeper Prosthetic branch teams and others as necessary.
To focus on delivery and support for the companys Upper and Lower extremity prosthetic component sales activities within the UK and overseas markets.
To support the delivery of the companys High-Definition custom Silicone product sales within the UK and overseas markets, such as the Middle East.
Support the Head of Sales and Director of Prosthetics as necessary in delivering a high quality, customer focused sales strategy Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and that communications to customers are managed in a professional and proactive manner.
Build and maintain close relationships with key supplier contacts in UK and overseas to facilitate current and future business.

To support the delivery of thecompanys high-definition custom siliconeproduct sales within the UK and overseas marketsUtilisesales analyses as appropriate to ensure understanding of the product salesperformance.Understandthe budget process and manage the relevant business sector to ensure requiredtargets are met.Supportthe Senior Product Manager and Product Sales Director as necessary indelivering a high quality, customer focused sales strategy, ensuring budgetrequirements are met / exceeded.Manageprosthetic component sales within the relevant territories to deliver highquality, efficient and consistent performance to internal and externalcustomers.
Workclosely with Customer Services to provide effective support for theiroperational and commercial actions.Liaisewith other Managers and their teams as required to ensure customer needs arefulfilled and that communications to customers are managed in a professionaland proactive manner.

Maintaina customer focused sales culture within the Sales Team which directly helpsgenerate business growth.
Ensurecustomer complaints are resolved and corrective actions are completed on atimely basis to achieve a positive customer outcome.SupportUK and overseas exhibitions / conferences and give presentations and workshopson products within the Steeper product portfolio.Otherduties as required.oTherole will also require attendance of regular review meetings with the internaland external customer groups, including the STEEPER branch teams and others asnecessary.Responsibilities for QualityAdhere to the quality management system andprocedures (including work instructions) at all times.

Possess excellent both written and oral communication and interpersonal skills appropriate to dealing with technical, operation and commercial issues with both internal/external customers.
Desirable Be cordial and professional Be innovative in advising clients on Prosthetic products best suited for the patients needs Be happy to help others and be part of a team Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and loyalty Have a desire to develop themselves and the business Qualifications Essential Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics Full UK Driver's Licence
