They're looking for a Proposition Manager who will help them shape their offering of Telecoms, IT and IoT products & services to their clients.
The Role: You'll be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative propositions that meet customer needs and will create / identify new products and services that deliver genuine business value.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders in the technology, sales and commercial teams as well as hardware & software suppliers and manufacturers.
Their client base is broad but predominantly consists of clients in Financial Services, Transportation / Logistics businesses, and the Care industry so the ability to understand how they use technology and what new products are coming to the market that could be incorporated in their service offering is key.
Key Responsibilites: - Lead the end-to-end proposition development process - Develop strategies that align with business objectives - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Collaborate closely both internally and with suppliers / manufacturers - Define and track KPIs so they can monitor the effectiveness of new propositions and measure revenue growth, customer adoption and user satisfaction The Person: The ideal person will either be working as a Proposition Manager or other similar role such as a Product Manager.
You'll have a broad understand of technology (software, hardware, telecoms, IoT), be commercially focused and have the ability to create propositions / services that customers want and need.
You'll have good project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication skills are essential and you'll be able to demonstrate a background of success.
This role can be done on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days (ideally 3) in their offices in West London (Chiswick / Hammersmith area).
