Description Hey I'm Freddie, Director of Revenue Operations at Pinpoint.
We're a high-growth, HR-tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent.
Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.
As we move upmarket, the complexity and size of deals coming through our doors is growing.
To keep pace and ensure we come out on top among a sea of other providers, we need a skilled Proposal Manager who can take charge of our proposals function.

We cannot succeed by doing the same things everyone else is doing.
We're a small team with lots to do.
We hire people with broad skillsets who prefer to jump in and figure things out on their own rather than waiting on someone else.
In this role, the workload will vary significantly day-to-day and week-to-week depending on what comes across our desks and which big priorities are coming up.
About the Role: You'll be responsible for helping us succeed by owning and delivering on all RFx coming into the Sales and CS functions.

2+ years of experience in technical / proposal writing for a software product within a start-up environment Proven history of actions and decisions that demonstrate our core values in practice Commercial astuteness and understanding of how responses to queries will be perceived by third parties.
Self-starter mentality, with ability to attempt solutions independently before seeking assistance.
Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment, with capability to ruthlessly prioritize and focus on the most valuable work.

To that end, everyone on our team gets a meaningful equity allocation Generous paid parental leave: To help support new parents in the workplace, we offer up to 16 weeks of paid leave Learning budget: Annual funds are made available to support both your personal and professional development Top-of-the-line equipment: We'll set you up with the right tools to do your best work—starting with a MacBook Pro, 4K monitors, and the right software to get the job done A team that cares: You'll be joining a team of intelligent, capable, and helpful people that want you to win, our clients to be wowed, and our business to grow We're changing the way companies hire, and rewriting the rules of recruitment.
We build talent acquisition software, setting out to fix broken hiring processes that make it so hard for great candidates and great companies to find each other.
We do this by being the only applicant tracking system on the market that's both fast and easy to use, while being flexible enough to manage complex workflows as companies grow.
We believe attracting the right people and building the strongest teams means being different, not better.
It means helping candidates understand what you do and don't offer—warts and all.
And enabling your whole team to be part of the hiring process.
If you're looking for somewhere you can learn quickly, make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced business, and grow your career, you're in the right place.
We'll enable you to do your best work with the tools you need, support from the rest of the team, and an expectation that you'll challenge that status quo—helping us continually improve what we do.
